The shy one: "abstract", "loner", "creative", "curious", "changeling", and "drummer extraordinaire" all describe drummer man Dino Danelli, who flips such veteran music men as Gene Krupa with his remarkable talent. Dino has been playing professionally since he was 15. He has sat in with practically every big band in existence and is fascinating to watch on stage. About the coolest lookingchap around, he plays completely straightface with only his head turning in a kind of mechanical doll-like movement which exactly matches his rhythm. His high-arched eyebrows give the effect of "couldn't care less", a look that will probably be imitated to death.
Dino does his talking with his sticks, usually allowing the others in the group to carry the conversation. However, when he does talk, it's usually about music - with his talent, why not!
